I am a STEM Ambassador and I help children learn programming at a local CodeClub. I am a Dementia Friend. I volunteered for the free computer advice and support service at AgeUK Suffolk.

After Kennedy had kept my old PC alive for almost 3 years past its "sell by" date, I decided to bite the bullet and get a new one (desktop). He costed and gave me a choice of three options to purchase. Having chosen the option to buy from an online PC specialist recommended by him, he was able to order everything on my behalf that he knew would suit my needs, and save me money in the process. Upon delivery he set everything up for me, transferred files etc. and made sure it was configured to my requirements.
Once again, superb service as always and terrific value. He always seems to go above and beyond.....thoroughly recommended. I would never go anywhere else.

I have used Kennedy for my PC problems for over 2 years now and can really say no more other than the 5 stars awarded to him for the 6 categories of professional, knowledge,communication,punctuality,value and overall.
In my opinion he goes over and above what is actually required of him, will not let any thing beat him (!) and is always value for money. Being a technical 'dinosaur' some things still go over my head a bit, but on the whole he manages to get me to understand!!

I first met Kennedy through Age UK when he gave me free training on my iPad. I then went on to attend various courses @ The Ipswich Library which proved invaluable before asking him to look at our equipment. Kennedy is professional, personable and efficient. He is very knowledgeable and we have complete confidence in his ability and advice including particularly in decided what to purchase in such a complex market. He has recently installed new software and successfully aligned all our equipment including my phone which now works in a synchronised way for the first time. What we like most is his proactive approach to ongoing support and the fact that he always responds promptly if we need any further help. It is so reassuring to know that he is on hand if we need him and we would not hesitate to recommend him. We think he is excellent value for money and peace of mind.

Having initially met Kennedy at an Age UK consultation, I asked him for a home visit to see if he could resolve my computer problem. He is the first 'expert' that I have come across that was able to explain in understandable language actually what he was doing. His knowledge and obvious expertise were second to none, he was patient and polite and would not give up until he had done all he could to resolve the problem....which he eventually did to my satisfaction. He even makes a follow up call to make sure all was OK, and on top of all that I consider his charges to be exceptionally reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Kennedy for any PC/tablet issues. I will certainly use Kennedy for any further issues and advice.
